Privacy policy

This policy explains what winfex365.com collects, what it is used for, how long it is kept, and the rights you have under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

  • This site has no forms — there is no field to type a name, an email or a message into, so the website itself collects no personal data from you at all. Every conversation happens in the chat of our LINE Official Account.
  • What you send us on LINE — your LINE display name and whatever you type. It lives in LINE's systems under LINE Corporation's own policy; we read and answer it through the official account console.
  • Your MetaTrader account number, if you give it to us in the chat — it exists for one reason: a coupon is tied to a single account, so we need the number to mint yours. The number alone cannot open your account or place a trade. Ask us first if the account does not exist yet.
  • Technical request data — the web server records the time, the page requested and standard browser information for security and troubleshooting.
  • Strictly necessary cookies — a winfex_lang cookie remembers the language you chose, and nothing else. It is not used for tracking and it is not shared.

What we never collect

We do not ask for or store trading account passwords, investor codes, payment screenshots or identity documents — not on the website, not in the chat. If you send such details on LINE we delete them. If anyone requests them in the name of WinFex, please tell us immediately.

What it is used for

Only to reply to you as you asked — answering a question about a tool, sending an installer and its coupon, or helping with a setup problem. We do not sell your data, do not trade it with third parties, and do not send marketing you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

LINE chat history is kept for no more than 24 months after our last exchange with you, then deleted. Web server logs rotate on the normal maintenance cycle.

Your rights

  • Access, or ask for a copy of, the data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
  • Ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time
  • Ask us to suspend its use, or object to the processing

Exercise any of these by messaging us on LINE through the contact page; we will act within 30 days.

Analytics and third parties

This site serves every file from our own server. There are no ad scripts, no tracking social buttons, and no external fonts or libraries. The LINE add-friend button is an ordinary link, not a script — nothing reaches LINE until you click it. If analytics are ever added, this page will say so before they are switched on.
