These terms cover use of winfex365.com and of any software published by WinFex Investment. Installing or running the software means you accept them.

Licence

WinFex software is proprietary to WinFex Investment, all rights reserved. A user receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to run it on their own trading accounts for the period their coupon covers.

What is not permitted

• Copying, distributing, reselling, renting or publishing the software files or coupons to anyone else
• Decompiling, reverse-engineering, modifying, or attempting to bypass the activation mechanism
• Offering the software as a commercial service under another name, or bundling it into another product for sale
• Using the WinFex name, logo or content in a way that implies agency or endorsement

Coupon expiry

The software is activated by a coupon with a fixed expiry date. After that date it stops working and stops managing any position still open. Checking the expiry date and handling your own positions before it arrives is your responsibility.

No warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, WinFex Investment is not liable for trading losses, lost profit, or any indirect damage.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the products change, with the revision date shown at the top of the page. These terms are governed by Thai law.
